Our Ladies Only program's provide a fantastic way for women to be confident and stay in shape.  

The training sessions within each won’t be your typical uninspiring or repetitive gym workout. 

Our classes are always crammed with new challenges to keep you motivated, progressing and eager to come back for more.


Martial arts training is an extremely useful tool when it comes to losing weight and improving your body composition.

An hour spent training in martial arts can burn up to 1,000 calories.

One of the main factors that prevent people from reaching their weight loss goals is not coming up with an exercise program they’ll never get bored with. The ideal exercises for anyone looking to lose weight are activities you enjoy. Our Ladies Only classes are fun, so you end up looking forward to them instead of dreading them as if they were a chore. 


As you set your own goals it will continue to motivate you and will only grow bigger with each one you accomplish.

Alongside the natural challenges found within our classes, the additional aspect of belt testing provides a great physical and mental workout to help you increase your goal-setting skills.

Your self-confidence will rise massively with every target reached.


We never want to have to use these skills, but it is better to be prepared than it is to just hope that we never find ourselves in need of them in real life.

That’s why our martial arts training is very serious about teaching you the skills needed for self-protection in any circumstance.

Learning how to defend yourself, alongside the physical and mental transformation achieved through training, allows you to perform better in self-defence situations while reducing your odds of being targeted by troublemakers. Most victimisers and would-be assailants look for easy victims, not confident people who look like they can put up a fight.


One of the best things you will find out about training at Evade Martial Arts in either of our Ladies Only programs is the community to be found within the gym.

We are hugely proud not only of the facility we have created, but of the coaches, students and family members who have bonded together to form the core of what makes Evade so special.
